Actually they are still contemporary! They're on tour at the moment. They're always on tour somewhere. And put out new records.

But aren't we supposed to be showing the rest of the world what's Great about Britain? I just think a more contemporary band might have given a better impression.

They might be a bit ancient, a bit podgy and a bit gone to seed, like the rest of us, but that doesn't mean they're not still good musicians.
