Have a play fieldwake as once you get the hang of it they are great fun!
If you scroll down below the 'add your message here' box you will see the choice of emoticons available. Just type an open square bracket [ then the word describing what you want to say, e.g. blush and follow it by a closed square bracket ]
For example - 'open square bracket blush closed square bracket' should come out as 
- if you preview your message first you will see if it has worked or not 
then click on 'add message' as usual
