synchronised swimming

I've always thought Synchronised swimming was a joke. Thought I'd give it a go to see if it really was as ridiculous as it seemed.Saw the synchronised pairs. Glad I did, it is EXTAORDINARY! It reminds me of the courting dance of grebes. The routines are extraordinary, the costumes ,hair and make-up are fabulous. The pair finals are this afternoon at 3 o'clock. Don't miss it!

I won 't , I love it,even though people always have mocked it. I think all that will change after this.

It's hugely demanding physically. I swim quite a lot but I don't think I could do it for even half the time – let alone smile simultaneously.

It looks as of they need cast iron core muscles for synch swimming to be able to control their bodies the way they do. Not to mention the breath control. These girls are real athletes even if their sport looks a bit naff at times.
