Snow!

After an eight day rest, I thought it was time to 'get back on the horse', so I walked up the very steep path opposite the flat, to the top of the ski slopes. There was quite a bit of blue sky, some white clouds and hazy sun. To my surprise, there was a sprinkling of snow on the higher, rocky mountains across the valley.
Any snow in Scotland yet, Bags and Soop?

We had a brief "white out" of hailstones on Tuesday morning in Cheshire, about 15 mins drive from Anno, but just before she got home!

The Cobbler, near Arrochar, was faintly white a couple of nights ago, but the whiteness had gone by morning.

It brought back happy memories of a wonderful holiday Bags when you mentioned the Cobbler. As a family, when I was about 10 we stayed at a guest house on the shores of Loch Long almost opposite the Cobbler. Not only that - we all climbed it - the children stripping off completely and dipping in some pools on the way up. A beautiful part of the world but I don't think I could stand the weather. I live in the far south where it is a little warmer!!
