I know you must be terribly worried, but at least they do seem to be very prepared for this bad weather; also she'd be very unlikely to head towards it if she's travelling around.

It is easy to get out of touch when travelling but I know I am always worried when my brood are away from their homes.

Can't she receive texts, Alie? No matter where I go in the world, my sister bombards me with texts and expects me to do the same for her!

- for a trip, and I don't know where she is!
She let me know they were away, but not where.
I sent her an email asking, and saying I hope they are not near the east coast, and I just got an out-of-office acknowledgement! Now I will have to wait until she accesses her email there, I suppose. Meanwhile all the US weather forecasts are worrying..........
