Not just on FB either - I get them when I search the web sometimes 'This woman is 50 but looks 35 - doctors hate her!' etc.

Not neccesarily so that she is expecting twins , as she is having this extreme morning sickness .

I had twins and didn"t have any , she is perhaps extremely unlucky , and I feel so sorry for her . It must be horrendous .

There have been hints in other publications too - some purely on the grounds that she's suffering such severe morning sickness!

Is this just tittle tattle or is the Eye trying to suggest Kate is having twins? Picked up two unsubtle hints when reading it today.

It's great that there is a baby on the way, but no shock that's what she is there for, to have an Heir & a spare, don't get me wrong I think they are both lovely, although I am not a Royalist

Lovely new's she must be really poorly to be admitted to hospital poor thing,best wishes to the happy couple.

I can remember exactly where I was and what I was doing when I heard the announcement that Princess Diana was expecting the baby that is now the father-to-be. Must be getting old!! Congratulations and good luck to the happy couple.
