£1,000 fine for employers who get pension wrong.

When I retired my employers tried to underpay my pension and also my late wife's employers tried to underpay my widower's pension.
This has also happened to a lot of my friends.
I am wondering if a £1,000 fine was issued to employers per employee who they try to underpay the situation would improve?.
Every time they say an error has happened but in view if the amount of times it happens I think it is a try on and in effect theft.

Hi Nonu

I would say I am getting less abuse.
I went for a meal last week and an elderly lady shouted out that I was a thief but the restaurant owner told her to stop or leave.
She left.
