Well remembered JO5 that doesn't seem like a year ago though - Tempus Fudget (another phrase I can neither spell or pronounce. grin

Granny23 I got DGS the cowbell your DH suggested last year. He loves it. I didn't think he would know what it was, but he knew all about them! smile

I hope so too, G23! Bet they have fun smile.

My present from DH arrived today – new arrows. The points and knocks and fletches have all to be attached and glued in place. Mr Bags was all for me doing this but the smell of the hot glue has brought on my ME-nausea so he has donned his halo and is doing it for me out in the wash-house. Gold star for him sunshine.

A much anticipated parcel has arrived here at last, having been 'out of stock' then 'on its way'. When I looked out the window and saw the giant FEDEX van I was whooping and jumping up and down. DH was like a dog with a bone and couldn't wait to get into it. What is this last piece of our Christmas Jigsaw? It is a proper snare drum, with stand and brushes as requested by GD1 who wants to be a drummer like Granpa. I hope she is as excited as her Granpa come Christmas day.smile

janthea it is from a secret admirer and will be followed by diamonds, cars and holidays. grin

Nanado Thu 20-Dec-12 16:19:59

My daughter has just received a parcel from Fortnum & Mason - a Bellini box containing a bottle of prosecco and a jar of white peaches. She thought it was something I had ordered for her, but we are a loss to know who sent it as there was no card. Fortnums won't give her the name of the sender.

baubles, the fabric is very cleverly raised into dimples/bubbles in a zig-zag design. I'll wear it to our next gathering so you can see smile

It's a lovely dimpled scarf in colours that suit me perfectly.

jO5 Wed 19-Dec-12 16:51:37

Go on then. Open it.

Movedalot Wed 19-Dec-12 16:47:31

What is in it?

Bags Wed 19-Dec-12 16:46:12

A parcel arrived for me this morning from Norwich with no note. My sister lives near Norwich so I though for a moment it might be from her. But there was another parcel with a note from her so I discounted that idea. Checked with DH. Not him.

Puzzled.
