I admit I was never a great fan, but does anyone else think he sounds like Bud Flannagan (singer of the Dad's Army theme tune) on his new record, Where are We Now? I also think it sounds as if he's making up the words as we go along.

I did like Bowies "old stuff" but have to admit that this new song is a load of tosh. The other day I was listening to various DJ' s saying ow fantastic it was and the emperors new clothes came to mind! Some of them just don't know when to hang up the microphone for good do they? Paul McCartney is another one !

Sorry to disagree - he could sing the phone directory for me and I'd be happy. 
Totally agreed Vampirequeen mind you I do think the Beach Boys still sound very good indeed.
