Electronic crossword dictionary

Can anyone recommend a good one? My old Franklin is getting worn out with sticking keys - probably courtesy of the GC!

I would like one with larger buttons. I have been trawling the internet and looking at the reviews and finding it very hard to make a decision!

Any recommendations?

There is an on line one which is very good. Crossword Solver. not portable granted but cheaper than a new one .

I need one to be portable, on holiday round the pool with a Times crossword book. Never take my laptop away with me.

Chambers Thesaurus
Crossword solver
