I think this sort of thing causes confusion. One I was sent to a CIB meeting at a hotel and expected to be in a Chartered Institute of Bankers meeting. I followed signs which said CIB and sat in the room. I was a little surprised I did not know anybody there. After about 30 minutes I realised I was in the wrong meeting. I was in a Chartered Institute of Builders meeting. The meeting started with a talk on finance so it took me 30 minutes to pick this up.
Does anyone else find the one liners preceded by # with words running together that some posters use annoying? I believe it has its origins in twitter, but as this isn't twitter .......
