Happy Birthday nanaej!

Yes sun is shining, twin lambs next door and sheets are on the line getting a good blow and a does of sun - they will smell wonderfully!
Am finding myself doing a bit of a spring clean - giving the main fridge a good seeing to!

Just realised gally your dd lives in Cirencester. My favourite aunt lives there. She is a very spritely 92. She lives in corer indium gate.

Just had my supper on the deck - cicadas twittering away to themselves and today temperature of about 28. Have to pinch myself, as 4 days ago I was in -2 shock. Strange old world isn't it? grin

j08 Tue 05-Mar-13 10:03:50

Funny month March - gritting by night, gardening by day.

FlicketyB Tue 05-Mar-13 09:58:48

At 7.00am it was -4. Breakfast in the garden? I think not. I may be the same age as Ranulph Fiennes but frost bitten hands are not necessarily what all in his age group want.

Been for a lovely foggy walk in the country park. Temp still below zero but nice when wrapped up. Saw some beautiful birds. Going back tomorrow with camera, tripod and bird food to try to get some good photos.

j08 Tue 05-Mar-13 09:51:24

I nearly took mine outside!

I am going to spend the whole day in the garden. sunshine

annodomini Tue 05-Mar-13 09:49:31

Not quite warm enough for that here yet - thermometer registering just above freezing in the shade but it's going in the right direction and I am going to get the bed linens on the line while I can. We are threatened with worse weather in the next few days.
