Sounds like a perfect day Anne09.The pre-school years are delightful. Now that our twin grandchildren are five we miss taking them to the soft play area and the wonderful new Sure Start centre we had in our village. My DH has even taken the step of going back to work !

Sitting here looking out at a 'dreich' Fife morning, Anne09! I should, by this time be dressed and perhaps having a wee tidy round, but started looking at Gransnet....fatal!
Soft play areas are great things when the little ones can't get outside! You and your daughter can enjoy the relative peace to chat as Harris plays (and hopefully exhausts himself!) safely. smile

Good morning all you grandmas and grandpas out there. My grandson Harris is four today. I am so proud of this little man he is so funny I am sure he has been here before. Also my darling husband is on his way home after a month in America working. So I am feeling happy as I am going to a soft play area which has just opened up with my daughter and grandson. I am looking forward to a lovely latte and a chat with my daughter. Speak to you all soon have a nice day.
