Got reprimanded at Aerobics today.

If you mean the ladies in the Aerobic class at the hotel one did ask if I was coming again.
I did say I was only staying over the weekend in the hotel but I did keep fit classes in Sutton Coldfield.
She did day that very few hotel guests do aerobics but she say that it would be nice to see men in these classes.
She could not understand why more men did not go to aerobics as she thought the benefits were just the same for men as women.
This woman is a physiotherapist so I can only assume she knows what she is talking about.

I met one of the women this afternoon and got reminded that I have been doing keep fit for over 50 years along with some of the other men in the class.
She wondered if we could be the men with the longest service to keep fit in the UK.
