Can anybody recommend a good restaurant around Lichfield / Burton

Can anybody recommend a good restaurant around the Lichfield / Burton area.
I tried the Waterfront Pub and Restaurant at Barton Marina. The food was just about ok but the service was hopeless and the staff were rude.

Perhaps the member of staff may have been recently bereaved, someone might have assed away.

Dovecliff Hall Hotel has wonderful food, very nice. In Stretton outside Burton on Trent.
