When I saw the thread I though it's like Christmas and The Sound of Music, Easter and The Robe, Bank Holiday Monday (any) and ChittyChitty Bang Bang.
Normal service resumed.

A lady invited me to a Zumba class tonight.
I did explain that I had tried Zumba but it did not really suit me.
She said that every Bums and Tums, aerobics and similar classes should always have 1 man as the mascot.

On another note, my family name would have died out, so I gave Jack the family name as a middle name.

Frank you could always ask one of your granddaughters to take your family name when she gets married, or when she reaches the age of 18 or 21. My niece did this but as she had a daughter who has said she is not interested in becoming a mother it looks like the family name may die out (my nephew also having had 2 daughters who want to concentrate on a career rather than having a family).

Not to mention post-natal exercise classes phoenix.

"Breastfeeding for Beginners" would be interesting then.

The youngest male in our family in blood relative terms is 55.
I had 2 daughters and I have got 3 granddaughters.
My 2 daughters have said they will not go to any classes which do not admit men.
The family name will have gone in 60 years time.

I'm a little worrried in case Franks new grandchild turns out to be a girl. He will have to have strong words with his family as it may be odd to have so few males in a family.

I have no objection to the ladies gyms as long as I am not subsidising them.
The council leisure centre's always make a loss which has to come from the council tax payers and I am one of them and I am in a high council tax band.

Make a placard and protest,
Gatecrash the 'taster' classes,
Do nothing.......

No Bums and Tums today.
The centre is closed.
I notice the Ladies only gym is having an open day.
