I wish you lots of sunshine.

The newspaper has printed some startling photos of the local village after the blizzard. Have been through the village to see for myself the towering snowdrifts alongside the main road. The weight of snow has brought down a number of trees. Three pylons [not two] buckled under the weight of snow and ice. Sadly, the vet has had to shoot many sheep. Although local farmers tried their best to reach and feed the isolated flock, they were beyond help when found.

That's so sad about the sheep Soop . I heard a young woman on the radio who had been trying to rescue some of hers, she said they were her livelihood.
Must be very hard.sad

jane...I've been reading the local paper. Some of the snow photos are spectacular. Managed to take a few of my own [through the window of the moving car]. According to the reports in the Campbeltown Courier, the drifts were up to twenty feet high beside the main road.
