Gosh soop a whole range of emotions for you today. Sorry to hear the sad news of a young death.

Indeed, number...and then a second email from the friend in the SW to tell me that her daughter-in-law is pregnant with twins...a boy and girl. Time to smile again. sunshine

What tragic news Soop, but then counterbalanced by your neighbours` lovely news, like Elegran says, all human life, highs and lows.
Lovely sunny day, but a bit colder today, just had my latest batch of books delivered from Amazon, but haven`t got around to putting them away yet.

Oh! dear, soop, what a tragedy, such a young life, and three young lives involved. However do you cope with all that?

Elegran Wed 10-Apr-13 16:01:42

All human life is here. Highs and lows.

And now an email from dear friends in the South West of England. They've attended the funeral of a cousin's grandchild. She was 21 and had three children. The baby is six months! Her death is a mystery, as she was found hanging, but it is thought not to be suicide. Oh dear, from elation to great sadness in the time it takes to post on GN. sad

A phone call from our neighbour..."We're getting married!" I'm thrilled for both our good friends. They are in their mid-seventies and have been courting for twenty years. By gum, there is going to be a celebration to remember when the entire population of the village gathers in the summer. I absolutely refuse to have surgery before the knees-up. grin wine flowers sunshine and more besides.

Another sunny day in Kintyre. The ferry from Isla is making an entrance through a low-lying milky mist on the horizon.

Have been listening to Prelude and Liebestot from Wagner's Tannhauser...marvellous, uplifting music. Rory seemed impressed. wink

Lovely and sunny here in Leicestershire but still quite cold. We have been forcast rain which we seem to be in need of despite all the recent snow which is still visible on the tops of the Charnwood Forest Hills.

Nice here, but rain forecast for pm

Very chilly here today. Just debating whether to wrap DGC up warmly and take them on a treasure hunt in a neighbouring village. With fresh air and a bit of exercise hopefully the 20 month old will sleep for a few hours afterwards.

Enjoy your swim anno it's something I mean to take up again but some how never get round to doing.

Enjoy your Wednesday everyone smile

Lovely morning and the thermometer at the back door is showing 5 degrees. Hair cut this morning and then I shall go for a swim which will ruin the painstaking blow-dry.

My car was returned from its MOT at 8.30!
Costing me, but considering it has passed the last three years running, it doesn't average out too badly. (Fingers crossed!)

Dull and cool here........however not as cold, and 14 of my 15 broad bean seeds are up - just over the last 3 days

Bez Wed 10-Apr-13 08:52:31

Good morning - sunny here so far - fingers crossed!
