Yes my cat did just that this morning, horrid muddy paw prints all over my white duvet cover. Did you scold him!! Bet you didnt.

That is always the way, kitty. I have resorted to covering the bed with a brown sheet, even at night, as my cats are in and out constantly. Those dirty footprints are a devil to wash out aren't they? We had a thread about it once.

Any tips to remove those paw prints, I cannot get them out.

Mylittle King Charles never allowed on bed! Do let her in bedroom tho despite lush new carpet!

Cats are bit harder to train! When we had one she inevitably curled up on bed.

How annoying when just changed duvet!

This is the previous thread about these stains, I found the tips helpful, Vanish Bar giving the best results, but not completely successful.

My cats would scratch up the landing carpet if I closed the bedroom door!

Kiwi spends the night on the window seat cushions in the kitchen where he has access to the cat flap but, when we make the tea in the morning and bring it back to bed, he has to come up for treats and a cuddle often hurtling through the catflap and upstairs like an exocet missile.

shysal our landing carpet would also take a battering but we quite like the morning ritual of tea, breakfast news and Kiwi cuddles, except when he puts pawprints on a clean cover!

Can follow that Rosie comes up for cuddle then its bark bark so I get up and get her 3 breakfast shapes ! Lifts my spirits her trotting into the bedroom each day!

The paw prints I was having trouble with are still in evidence, but with the Vanish bar soap, Ariel bio and just ignoring them by covering with a throw, they are now fading. I reckon another six months constant use and they'll be nearly gone!
