I have always liked this thread, so here I am resurrecting it!
Today I have mainly been eating, drinking and sleeping, then eating....
Such decadence! Lunchtime drinks at the Yacht club, watching the gaffer (DGD explained what it meant) racing and the sun glinting on the water, then home for a bite, then a snooze...what a life. How lovely today was.
Frantically baby proofing my house before the invasion of my DGS on Saturday. I am not used to mobile, chew everything 8 month olds in my home. Blissfull!
Travelling as foot passenger Ariadne, so can't fit everything in. Will bring essentials and borrow the rest from DD! It will also be a good excuse to go and find the latest lovely offerings in M and S
noodles My sciatica was a trapped sciatic nerve and it lasted several weeks -sorry- but it gradually went away and as I said it has never come back so all good wishes for a similar outcome
Is it just me but whenever I mention something I seem to get adverts flashing across the screen for things related to it. Feel as if someone's watching me .
number! Poor noodles and you having sciatica . DH's (rather large) friend was suffering from it and suddenly felt the need to lie down on our hall floor. When he tried to get up again, he held on to the radiator, pulling it away from the wall So keep away from radiators!
Every time I move, it`s "Ooh, Ouch, Ohhhhh!!!" I think the family are getting a bit fed up with me now, but if I`m suffering, so can they! Don`t really mean that, just want a bit of help and sympathy, that`s all!
To both of you suffering this I can only send my sympathy. I felt when I had it it was the worst pain I had endured, I could hardly move, but on a positive note that was many years ago and I have never had it since.
Didn't someone make a lot of money by buying a lot of bananas from a supermarket a few years back; something to do with a money back offer that he'd spotted? Any good at making banana bread [cake?]feetle?
