Made me laugh too Sel. The Poke is good at satire.

My GD actually told my sister to "stop talking because I am talking now" and she was about 2 and a bit. the clip is funny.

I saw that on The Poke. It doesn't surprise me for a very verbal 2yr old to be able to say that.
DS was about 2yrs 8mnths, his dad had shouted at him for ignoring a request to stop banging something in our rented holiday cottage. DS replied,
"I am not at all afraid of you when you shout at me like that.!"

Which reduced us to outbursts of helpless laughter for most of the rest of the day. grin I still laugh 33 yrs on!

As my SIL puts his key in the latch each evening, my 2 year old GDD is running to the door yelling 'Daddy! Daddy!'
It's time for being thrown up in the air and all the physical rough and tumble that mums and grandmas don't do nearly so well grin
As the mother of 3 girls, my experience is that they love daddy coming home!
(And mum loves it too, because she's trying to cook dinner wink )
