First on the list should be Tegan's ferret (it will deal with her rodent problem!)

Dawn coming up here I must go to bed.
What light at yonder window breaks. It is the dawn and Juliet is the sun." Or something like that.

Nellie, Hi, Im in Oman and have been for 37 years.

And yes smile, my son is autistic, very severely, but he also has Tourretes and additional mental health problems that have come out of the closet so to speak these last 2 years.

He's 22 years old and sadly has a very hard time of it regardless of what we do to make things better for him.

Hannoona excercise seems to be making me worse right now, which is unsual. I have this ache problem at night before after a few hours knitting. Its not like me to be on the computer at this hour. I must get off to bed again soon. I only got up to do the hot water bottle.

Nelliemoser Mon 03-Jun-13 04:21:51

envious paracetamol. Yes had those about an hour ago.

Hannoona where in the middle east do you live? Just from what you are saying is your son autistic?

Hannoona Mon 03-Jun-13 04:20:40

Nellie, do you get much exercise? Recently I've felt as if I was turning to stone and thought to myself dear god if this is how it feels at 55 what's 65 going to be like. I would just ache from head to foot. I have remedied it to quite an extent by getting a personal trainer in 3 times a week and I cant believe how much better I'm feeling.

I realized the pain I would feel in bed was down to being overweight and my bones saying to me - get off me. :D

Hope your aches subside Nellie. Speak to you again soon, Envious, and Hanoona if you are still there. I'm going to grab some more sleep before the birds start chirping outside my window.

Enviousamerican Mon 03-Jun-13 04:17:11

is that something you have had before? I'd tell you to take two Tylenol but you call it something else.Para...something?

Hannoona Mon 03-Jun-13 04:17:02

Hello Nellie, I'm here. I'm in a different time zone, I'm in the middle east. Normally I can get a good nights sleep but my disabled son has had a bad night and I've been awake just listening to his goings on. smile
He hasn't required any hands on help and when I went to his room he very pointedly but nicely told me to get out, that he did not need help, but I still had to stay awake incase the goings on took an ominous turn and he got upset. He is currently down stairs waiting for one of his carers to come in in half an hour and I'm here having a cuppa. He will want to ask her something about yesterday that is pertinent to something she did with him and the way his mind works its only her who can answer the question even though the rest of us know the answer.

I was going to go and buy some Opera tickets today but my eldest girl has sent out a NANA SOS so the tickets will wait till tomorrow. First though a boiled egg and toast, a handover to the carer in 15 mins, then back to bed for a couple of hours.

All muscles aching and painful I have a horrid feeling it might be polymyalgia. Its been getting worse over the last couple of weeks. Not that I am self diagnosing or owt like that.
Another 4hrs before I can try and get get a GP appointment. I have decided I am not imagining the discomfort.

This morning standing with my grandson at the end of the lane out in the middle of the mallee we saw a white rainbow. It is a foggy morning the cloud was lifting and the sky was clear near where we were standing but it was still so foggy we couldnt see the bus until it was getting close. I kept looking at it and I asked my grandson if he could see a white rainbow, it was quite clear and he said he could. After the bus came I rushed home to look up white rainbow and there is such a thing called a white bow. I feel quite chuffed.
