Excellent! One of my gc did the same but it was never found. My daughter was not very well off at the time but she wouldn't let me buy another pair!

So good to hear.

She found it !! Under her neighbours car.
He was wearing them, must have dropped and rolled when she took him out of my car.

You might get it back - one shoe is no good to anyone else either hmm

annodomini Sun 16-Jun-13 19:03:47

Was the window open?

Ana Sun 16-Jun-13 19:02:23

I expect he had them on....they're good at taking shoes off at that age!

j08 Sun 16-Jun-13 18:46:27

When did he take them out of the box? Where was he?

Nelliemoser Sun 16-Jun-13 18:36:26

Oh dear I can't imagine what price they are these days. Is it worth buying such expensive shoes?
I would suggest ringing the shopping mall in the morning you might just strike lucky.

Movedalot Sun 16-Jun-13 18:19:15

Tough luck that. sad

ninathenana Sun 16-Jun-13 18:03:22

Yes thorough search. In and under car, in gutter outside DD's

shysal Sun 16-Jun-13 17:50:39

Oh no! That was an expensive shopping trip! I assume you have searched the car thoroughly, under seat etc. sad

Could you put a message out on a local radio staion? They wouldn't give your details but would tell the finder to contact them. It's worked for me in the past.

Had a good day shopping with DD and youngest GS at Lakeside Shopping Centre. We don't go often as it's a 1 hour drive + the toll.

DD bought DGS his first pair of Clarks shoes. She's just rung after I dropped her off.
He's lost one!! End of a good day .
