Very blowy here, and there were at least three heavy downpours of rain in the early hours.

Rainy here in Manchester. I am undertaking a major project this summer, of removing all the very old anaglypta from the hall, stairs and landing prior to replastering and redecoration. I decided I wouldn't rush this job, but only work at it when the weather was bad. Trouble is, now that it's raining, I'm not really in the mood!

Good morning, breezy with fleeting sun, and still a little chilly for the time of year. Hopeful it will warm up.

Mild, cloudy and dry. Perfect for the sponsored race walk, jog or trot event I'm joining this morning. Hope the forecasted rain holds off.
