Using a mobile phone whle being served in a shop.

Generally I think it is rude to use a mobile phone while being served in a shop.

I did answer my phone a little while ago while being served as it was about a relative in hospital and I was concerned.
On another occasion I had about 6 calls in a day with no number displaying and every time it happened I was driving.
I was keen to find out who this caller was. When I spoke the caller put the phone down.
After that I got no more calls.
I think the caller realised he had got the wrong number.
