Ana, I was passing and spotted the fire-engine been stalking them for ages ........so I watched for a few minutes as they took their kit off! At least three hours, it was so hot

I've brought my li-lo and any funny scouser cracks about li-lo Lil will not be found amusing every bone in my body is acheing after my run yesterday,I've got bone's I didn't know existed still it will be worth it I've given up on the tee-total thingy so can I have a large one please bar-person and lots of ice (the ice is for my feet)
Brought in a load of baking so the fridge & freezer is well stocked, done the boss a few meat & tata pies that will keep him happy for half an hour.
