I thought the PPI pests had stopped.

I was enjoying some sausage and mash tonight and my mobile phone rang.
It was a recorded announcement about reclaiming PPI.
I thought people were not allowed to make nuisance calls after 9pm.

Not a variant of the law I have ever heard of. I thought that if one subscribed to TPS they weren't supposed to do it ever!

If the calls from abroad, tps can't do anything.

I am registered with the TPS, but I became so fed up with unwanted calls that I bought new telephones with Caller ID. The phones are worth every penny. When I see the 'International Unavailable' or 'unavailable' message flashing, I don't bother to answer the phone - when my answering machine cuts in, the call is pretty much always disconnected at their end. smile

Where I was on holiday there was no mobile signal or internet, when I got back in range of a transmitter all my missed calls were from phone pests angry
