Another warm one in prospect here, too. Not much sleep last night and off to Sainsbury's with an eighteen month old this morning - deep Joy!!

Yes another beautiful morning here on the North East Coast too. Had breakfast in the garden at 6am this morning. Bliss. Now off to work sadly. Hope you all have a lovely day.

Looks promising here again in Fife. Marelli is visiting today - with her towel and cossie - for a day on the beach

Another reason to not do all the things that can wait for a rainy day, after all, the elderly have been warned of the dangers of the heat! Enjoy your days everyone. lets make the most of this glorious weather.

Overcast so far, but the sun is about to break through I think. DS1 is coming today for his daughter's graduation. A big day for three generations.

Good morning - 68deg here too and overcast - nice to have it a bit cooler as I am doing Mrs Mopp this morning - visitors due tomorrow and we shall be so delighted to see them
Enjoy today Anno. - DGS had his graduation last week and they had a wonderful day - made even better as he received the offer of the PhD project he wanted just before he left the house. - that is him sorted for the next few years!! I have some lovely photos of the day and I am sure you will have too.

Good morning everyone, a little bit cooler here today. The bells are ringing out as there are visiting bell ringers at the tower, then it's official bell practice tonight. It's a good job we enjoy them

kitty I have a bossy almost 5 year old who likes to scan items on the fast till..........sheer havoc. I have left my change in the machine twice now, so bossy boots bellows "Nanna don't leave your change in the machine again"

Lovely morning just got lovelier: I decided to change a landing light bulb. Took off the glass dish-style cover which then slipped from my grasp and bounced once on the landing then though the bannisters, shattering on the stairs which I had only just vacuumed. Now all hot and bothered and perspiring copiously - sorry to present you with so unladylike a picture!

Very warm and I am sitting in the study with the Dyson air multiplier blowing. Collecting GC from school this afternoon and having fun while Mummy and Daddy celebrate Mummy's birthday. Thank goodness for air con in car.
