Good Morning Sunday

Hi everyone. I am so glad it is NOT sunny! Sounds ungrateful, but there iT is.
My birthday and my sister is taking us out for lunch in Oxford.

Hopefully a better day than Friday when two dogs (neighbour's) got into my garden and almost in the house, giving me a great fright....if I had not been already holding on, they might well have knocked me down - I am very unsteady on my feet at present!

AlieOxon - I hope you are going to complain about the dogs!
Another very sunny morning here in the Alps, already 21C on my South-facing balcony. I think it will be too hot for steep walks, but I couldn't go anyway, as I have my sister staying with me. Unfortunately, she finds walking very painful, even for the shortest distance, but I can take her a drive to some of the most wonderful beauty spots.

Grey and drizzly today in N Leicestershire - bit of a relief really!

After a busy but highly enjoyable family BBQ yesterday we have a gentle day in prospect. Lunch with DD2, her husband, DGD2. They will leave about 3 pm and peace will reign, especially after DD3 collects her dog and our cat can come out of hiding.

Galen we had a Garden group meeting here last week, and all had to sit inside anyway, not outside as planned, as it was too hot!

Galen You have me very worried. Did you mean "63c here but forecast warmer"! To save further panic could you confirm if that should have been 63F. I am concerned about global warming but that would really be too much.

Morning everyone we were up early to walk our friends dog while they are away .Got a shock when we stepped outside, it was raining.!!! It's still over cast at the moment, fingers crossed for the sun to make an appearance soon.
