Good Morning Monday

Cool and rainy here in Manchester, as you cricket lovers know already! A big day for me today - hopefully the last day I will spend getting rid of the anaglypta on the hall, stairs and landing. I feel I have been doing it for half my adult life!

Soop just caught up with the news of your fall - oh dear poor you. Hope you are not too stiff and bruised this morning. I was going to send to cheer you up but then had second thoughts and decided and were more appropriate.

Hope the Black Prince is keeping you company and making you feel cherished. I expect Mr Soop will be doing that too!

I have to confess to washing the kitchen floor yesterday as while I was away it seems DH had managed to spill cooking oil on the floor in a couple of places and the floor was slippery.
I don't want to end up doing a Soop.

Overcast and cool so I think maybe a couple of hours cleaning house is called for, I haven't washed the floors for nearly a month downstairs... and the shower glass could do with a clean.. maybe I'll stop after an hour and relax and read my book

As my DS posted its rather a good day for English cricket.

Good morning to you all, dry here at the moment, but rain promised later on, I think that is so for most people, pity about the test match, but two more to go. Why do they start the football season in the middle of our summer? Off to have the plaster removed from my wrist, AND two new hearing aids fitted WOW! Enjoy you days.

Good morning everyone. Sunny here I. SW France but not such intense heat is forecast for today - will maybe get a few more jobs done! Visitors gone now - next lot due on Thursday - relatives of a lovely neighbour coming for a family wedding at the weekend. Have a good week everyone.
