Some time ago my DH heard either a song or a monologue on the radio, in the Music Hall tradition, which he has been trying to trace ever since.
All he can remember about it is that he thinks it was about a Funeral Tea and involved "they buried him with ham". Not a lot to go on there!
I have tried to find it on the internet but without success and as GNs seem to have such a lot of knowledge I wonder if anyone can help us to trace the elusive item. He's driving me mad about it!
