I had a problem with my broadband and have a BT package. I rang BT 100, the number I automatically think of to speak to an operator, so that I could be put through to the right department. This number is now charged and sadly my problem meant being on the phone to India for almost an hour. BT have been reasonable and reduced the large bill by £40, but be warned read the small print!
