What on earth am I waiting for, It sounds like a haven of tranquillity with the added extra of good company and humour, I will just raid my low fat cake tin to see what is in it, it may not be much at short notice and there's no shops open here on a Sunday, then I will put my coat on and get there as soon as I can smile

Soop's kitchen is infinitely expandable and we all bring along a bit of food and/or drink.

There is usually cupcake and brew and, more often than there should be, wine and various other things. The food is all non-fattening, doesn't contain any gluten and is delicious. The wine etc is available in copious amounts but is of the non-intoxicating variety. It's great!

I think there is a party planned for later in the week too but I'm not sure of the venue. thlgrin

That is a great idea, is there enough room? and most importantly is there enough cupcake to go around? smile

I don't know what has happened to the various bars that have opened, but if you fancy a wee chat, why not pop into soop's kitchen.

I think there have been pubs open on GN before. Are there any open now? I sadly do not have one nearby to "pop into". I would quite like to pop into a pub sometime, for a chat.
Out of interest, has anyone ever posted anything they wished they hadn't whist under the influence of a drink or two grin
