I have just been told that the only child in our street was knocked down by a bus and died last night.

After spending the day at the hospital with my DH yesterday and then finally receiving some good news (phew) I have had the best nights sleep in ages.
The sun is just trying to peep through here on the North East coast and I can see the sea which is always a good sign.

Good morning everyone, it's quite frosty here, but the sun is peeping through.
I was going to drive to meet my exercise class friends for coffee this morning, but I was a bit wobbly yesterday, so I'm being sensible and staying at home.
I'm hoping that my ds will bring my dgd round for a quick visit, as I missed her last weekend when I was in hospital.

Good morning to you all, a bit chilly here again, but the sun is shining and casting a very odd glow over the sky. We are popping in to see our son later on, he enjoys the surprise, and we will be making arrangements to take him out for a drink and lunch in a couple of weeks. We only go to one place for a drink, that is the pub near where he lives, as the bar-maid is one of his favourites, and she is really nice to him. Enjoy your days everyone.

Blue sky, sun peeping through. My cat refuses to go out so it must be cold. The heating is on and after I have a couple of slices of toast I will be off to the gym, as I do every Saturday morning.

Brrrr chilly here in Lancashire..... got heating on fire on.and nice cuppa and thinking what to make for tea!

Morning all grey but settled here in Kent. Good for husbands bike journey just one more day of worry before he gets the car then he can garage the bike over the winter. I'v got a headache probably from the tension at work on Thursday. Tea, tablets, back to bed. Enjoy your eggs mick. Wish I lived near the sea. A long brisk walk with the sound of the sea would do me the world of good.
