Sunny and bright here with just a few clouds to stop it being as nippy as yesterday.

I've got nothing that I have to do today but the ironing pile seems to be getting to big to ignore any longer.

Dull, damp, dark and depressing here sad One of my two year old grandsons is here today and later on I have been invited to tea along with DGD to her friends house after school. I am recovering from yesterday spent with other two year old DGS and his baby brother 6 months old.

kitty a four poster bed sounds very appealing at the moment I could easily go into hibernation mode. Good luck with the monitor, every time DH has had one fitted.........nothing has happened, it's really very strange confused

Lovely day in the north east. Warm front blew in during the night so no frost. Postman tried to deliver parcel on Monday, it is now at the sorting office at the other side of town. I was at the supermarket and left the porch door open for parcels but he still took it away. The card said as it was a tracked item I would have to collect, the contents of the parcel are about three inches square angry

Sun's out here glorious day - about to get started on sorting out the veg plot once I've had another cup of tea.

Must be grey everywhere - so dark! Kitty good luck with the monitor and I hope you get that four poster soon! Take care. I'm having a routine blood test and then out to lunch with friend who's just told me she has pranged her car. Luckily it's my turn to drive.

Having a 24 hourheart monitor thingy fitted in about five minutes but wish I was in a four poster overlooking Windermere - wouldn't mind if it was grey!! sunshine

Dull and dreich here but at least it is not cold so may save on the heating bill.
I heard on the news that the tube that I would have taken to go to work is part suspended this am so I am so pleased not having to think about those days. Another cup of coffee in a warm house is preferable to a draughty platform.

my part of Kent is shrouded in mist, but, then, it IS November !

Enjoy Wednesday all

Dull and dampish here in Cheshire so far.

Stansgran That sounds like a lovely surprise, what a nice dh!

I'm meeting friends this morning for coffee and have an encounter with my dentist booked later. That will make a dent in my bank balance!

Good morning all - Windermere Stansgran, have lovely memories of visiting there, I envy you. It is grey and overcast here and quite chilly again. Not a bit like yesterday morning, when the sun was brilliant, and I played bowls outdoors without feeling cold. Off to knit and natter later on. Enjoy your days.

Morning all. Dull and still in East Sussex. I may have a duvet day today, can you have them when retired?. Made a number of crochet snowflakes yesterday and hope to get the rest done today. Then need to spray starch them. Roll on January.

Good Morning Everyone,
Looking grey and cold over Brackley, yesterday, went to Oxford ,and decided to visit White Horse pub in Broad Street, but could not get in due to a Lewis being filmed in the pub.
