That's an inventive way to please the customers. Makes you feel good. smile

BA should have a look at it - they seem to delight in leaving their passengers in far-flung airport lounges because of delayed and cancelled flights over the last few weeks. Took my nephew three attempts to get home from Rome, and last week he spent two nights taxi-ing up and down to a Belgian airport, then had to get a train from London to Manchester because the plane was diverted. Not good when your car's at the wrong airport. Customers just want to be looked after.
