Harmony-seeking idealist! The analysis seemed quite accurate - I'm very surprised.
This bit:
...... you prefer a quiet work environment where you can intensively deal with your responsibilities and are not disturbed by too many people and repeated distractions. You need a lot of time to dwell on your thoughts, to put them into words and let your ideas take shape......
described me at work, sitting thinking and working out how to handle certain problems, such as currency futures. It also describes me as a translator, dwelling on my thoughts about how to make it sound right.

How strange.

Good natured realist me! Describes me to a tee........but not sure everyone would agree with the 'good natured' bit. Need to ask DH tchwink

Oldgreymare Sun 15-Dec-13 08:01:28

Also, like others, I wanted to tick several options, does that mean I have, at the very least, a dual personality? hmm

Oldgreymare Sun 15-Dec-13 07:53:49

Can't believe it! I'm an energetic doer despite answering that I often leave things until the last minute! hmm
Lots of the 'description' fitted tho' smile

nanamacatj Sun 15-Dec-13 07:24:54

Good natured realist here tchsmile

Analytical thinker - must try to remember that for the next dither!

kittylester Sat 14-Dec-13 13:01:15

GA tchgrin

AlieOxon Sat 14-Dec-13 13:01:13

I am a harmony-seeking idealist....it does seem to fit, but not all the alternatives I had to choose fitted....

The Wonderful Man did the test and is an Analytical Thinker. Spot on again. Apparently (according to the analytical thinker) it's because the algorithms the programme uses are very well done - or something like that (I may have had a little sleep when TWM was pontificating explaining it to me) confused

petallus Sat 14-Dec-13 11:26:44

Engaged Idealist.

kittylester Sat 14-Dec-13 10:28:41

I'm an energetic doer - which, on reflection, is probably correct but wouldn't have been how I would describe myself. If you could see the state of my desk and my dining room at the moment the description 'chaotic muddler' would spring to mind. tchgrin

Thistledoo Sat 14-Dec-13 10:07:27

I'm an engaged Idealist, not sure if that's a good thing. Don't feel very engaged today!

Deedaa Fri 13-Dec-13 22:54:55

I'm a dreamy idealist, but I have a nasty feeling that it just means I never get round to anything (How true!).

Agus Fri 13-Dec-13 21:51:48

Another Harmony Seeking Idealist.

specki4eyes Fri 13-Dec-13 20:31:40

I'm a Social Realist - which is just what I want to be!

Gally Fri 13-Dec-13 19:24:43

Dynamic Thinker grin. Well, I do think a lot, but dynamic is not how I or anyone else would describe me!

absent Fri 13-Dec-13 19:22:02

I'm a Lazy Bugger because CBA to do the test. grin

yourusername123 Fri 13-Dec-13 18:52:25

grin

sunflowersuffolk Fri 13-Dec-13 18:50:12

I'm certainly laid back - it's the doer part I query!

yourusername123 Fri 13-Dec-13 18:46:19

I appear to be an Engaged Idealist.

I want to be a Laidback Doer!

sunflowersuffolk Fri 13-Dec-13 18:40:18

Me too - a laid back doer. Don't entirely agree with it though.

NfkDumpling Fri 13-Dec-13 18:38:50

Just read back up the list. Looks like just you and me Mishap.

NfkDumpling Fri 13-Dec-13 18:36:28

A laid back doer, that's me! I think I should print it out, it made me sound quite good!

Granny23 Fri 13-Dec-13 18:32:22

An analytical thinker, apparently hmm I suppose it does fit well with the most rewarding part of my very varied working life, when I was a trained counsellor - 90% listening, observing and reading between the lines, 5% analysing the information obtained and 5% feeding insights back to the clients, who often remarked that I had 'read their mind'.

shysal Fri 13-Dec-13 18:29:35

I am a harmony seeking idealist.
I have always described myself as a realist, which I think is more accurate.
