I have been happy with my present Gas and aelectricity supplier for some years and even at least 5 since I looked at about changing again about three years ago to which it wasn't worth changing until Novemvber last year. I have watched Martin Lewis plus the comparison sited and finally went to U switch tp whicj Fitrst Utility came up with a saving of £178 a year so I applied. think that this was the worst decision I have ever made. I made the application on the 12 November. I received a e-mail (because they deal only on line. In the instructions they stated that they would deal with everything. After a month I tried to contact them but it came up that it could be up to 8 weeks(still no reply even though I have sent a message to them queerying the problem.Friday this week tried to ring them and was on a queue of 21 which was the same after I rang after a month. Set e-mails to Martin Lewis,First Infinity and U Switch and waiting for a reply. Will keep you up to date.
