Just got back from Portuguese class and the sun has just come out after raining heavily all night.

Sunshine! And the fieldfares have arrived to eat up the remaining windfalls from our apple tree. Cause for optimism - Spring cannot be too far away.

Good morning all. It looks as though it has rained overnight but no frost. Fortunate because I am on the school run and hate having to find the car under the ice.

Good morning Mick, dark here so I can't really see what the weather is doing yet but very cold. I'm sitting still and upright for 30 mins having taken my medication. A real hassle when there is so much to do today but good I have you lot to keep me entertained whilst I wait to make that first cup of tea
