What about a parrot party in Polynesia?

It's cold here; let's have a parrot party somewhere warm. Polyphony says she'll get in touch with everyone with the invitations, although Polygon had already left by the time hers arrived. Polygamy and Polyandry want to bring six partners each. Is that too many, or can we cope?

Polysgon now!

Galen Wed 15-Jan-14 16:47:34

We could have polyphonic music.

Charleygirl Wed 15-Jan-14 16:14:10

I could open a Polyvore there- the country would be unused to those styles.

annodomini Wed 15-Jan-14 16:07:53

I thought I had posted about no Polygamy but I would welcome Polyandry - please! What happened to my post? Rhetorical question... grin

Thistledoo Wed 15-Jan-14 16:01:27

Only one, what a spoil sport, I love a bit of Polygamy.

Charleygirl Wed 15-Jan-14 15:58:29

Can Polygamy come? I promise to only bring one.

Thistledoo Wed 15-Jan-14 15:46:59

Through the Polytunnel.

It would be the Metropolitan Police in this case, wouldn't it? Not sure how that would work with their travel budget though. Polydactyly could count it up for them on her fingers. The parrots will fly to the party, of course, but how are we going to get there?

AlieOxon Wed 15-Jan-14 12:18:23

(Crutches - did some one have polio?)

Better be careful at this party. We have attracted the police before now......

Stansgran Wed 15-Jan-14 09:34:53

Can Polyphemus come ? He's a bit miserable and rather hungry.

Thistledoo Wed 15-Jan-14 09:20:53

That Stac Polly just lives up the road from me, I could give her a lift.
Is Bags bringing the party bags.

Galen Tue 14-Jan-14 20:11:06

Annapolis could be a good place for polytical discussions.

Stansgran Tue 14-Jan-14 19:42:58

Pollyanna will keep everyone cheerful even if the party bags have crutches in them.

Galen Tue 14-Jan-14 19:32:43

Polimic could write a political dissertation on the subject!

Elegran Tue 14-Jan-14 18:47:03

Will there be enough room to invite Stac Polly? She's a Big Girl.

Elegran Tue 14-Jan-14 18:24:58

I do hope that Polyp doesn't get caught up in Polymer's chain again. That could get nasty!

Polychrome has a very colourful personality, Polytechnic is clever and Polyglot is a great conversationalist so they would be good company. Polysaccharide is just too sweet for words and Polyvalent is simply two-faced, so I wouldn't invite either of them.

Soutra Tue 14-Jan-14 18:01:11

They say it's very pretty Polynesia.

newist Tue 14-Jan-14 17:54:53

We can look at the Polyanthus while somone plays the Polychord.

LizG Tue 14-Jan-14 17:49:16

Oops chosen!

LizG Tue 14-Jan-14 17:48:51

Pollyana has chose a very pretty frock to wear and will have a bow in her golden locks.

annodomini Tue 14-Jan-14 17:26:37

Not too many hoi polloi please. We should keep this exclusive.

Wheniwasyourage Tue 14-Jan-14 17:22:03

Actually Polymath said she would work out the quantities of food and wine we would need. Polypharmacy is bringing the Alka-Selzer in case Polydipsia overdoes it - again... angry

newist Tue 14-Jan-14 17:20:09

This is getting very poly-technical for me

AlieOxon Tue 14-Jan-14 17:15:28

Can I play with Monopoly?

Polly - put the kettle on!
