DH is always telling me to wind my neck in, Flower so maybe I have stretched it instead of the jumper. grin

Never thought of that KatyK. If I stopped plucking hair from here and there I might be ableto grow a beard after all.

merlotgran stretch your neck or the polo sweater grin sorry blush couldn't resist that.

Maybe a V-neck would lengthen the whole neck so as to disguise the turkey neck look. Mind you I nearly always use a scarf. Except in summer.

With you on that one KatyK I pluck till the cows come home.

I agree, Atqui - polo necks aren't flattering to bigger busts and can make thin people look even scrawnier. I like cowl necks but they do of course expose the front bit of the neck.

I lost quite a lot of weight and the penalty is horrid neck! I too hate wearing polo necks now even though I lived in them in the 60s. Uncomfortable ant unflattering for a large chest. Ho Hum!

Thank goodness for scarves. I can't bear anything tight around my neck so if I buy a polo neck sweater I wash it then use all my strength to stretch the neck before it's dry.

The way rogue whiskers keep appearing on my face I may well be able to cover my turkey neck with a beard before long. confused

I've done the roaring like a lion exercises to stop facial wrinkles, up to now they haven't worked. Maybe I left it too late!

I found some chin exercises in the paper last week which I've kept [haven't done them yet]. All I can say is thank goodness for polo neck sweaters.

After watching a programme on TV last night I have decided that God is definitely a man . The programme included men and women over sixty. Some of the men had long beards which completely covered their necks. However we can't grow beards to cover necks that we may not be proud of. Don't get me wrong, I don't want a beard, but we should have been blessed with beautiful necks for life. Ahh if only!!!
