As it's Thursday (I think) I'm doing my weekly shop this morning then I'm going to see Mum. It will be good to have some order now the children have gone but it is very quiet

full of cold, staggered down in rain to let chickens out. Then the phone rang and two little voices sang 'Happy Birthday Dear Nana' and suddenly things look brighter and I'm smiling
