Maybe it's thought to be too much, all happening at the same time? They are welcome to experiment on me if they wish.

I agree with Charleygirl

I watched the programme and it was removing one major problem but gaining another. I personally feel that if weight loss surgery is offered, the removal of excess skin at the correct time should also be on the agenda.

I didn't watch the programme Pogs but, on seeing the trailer, I realised that I shouldn't lose weight as then I'd have another problem! sunshine

I know I could put this post on the T.V. forum but the point I want to make I felt more fitting of Chat.

In the t.v. show My Baggy Body they followed three people who wanted to have surgery to get rid of sagging skin caused by loosing weight.

The three people brave enough to take part, Greg, Pauline and Sarah, could only be described as very warm, lovely people.

What is the point I wish to make?? I could not help but feel so sorry for Sarah when she was looking at her husband's torso, who had himself had surgery for removal of sagging skin. She said " I WANT THEM SCARS MORE THAN ANYTHING ELSE IN THE WORLD".

It made me think of all the moaning I do about my weight and appearance and how at times we should appreciate just how lucky we are.
