Still very dark and damp here. I have been up for an hour or so having an (indoor) walk. Hope to sleep more soon.

Good morning all. I have not poked my head beyond the curtains yet. The wind and rain kept me awake during the night. I am being heroic (for me) and going to the gym in a while.

Off to West Sussex to for the weekend to our two grandsons' joint birthday party (three and one respectively) . Going to the Lavender Line Steam Railway to celebrate. Do hope the wind and rain don't spoil things.

Hi all. Heavy rain showers in East Sussex but, as yet, not windy.
Off to Lewes today to meet friends and for the first time ever have checked the tide timetable to make sure it is low tide while I am there.

Bright at the moment here in Cheshire, I have some rugby to watch today...!!

Morning all. I woke to blue sky but it's disappearing fast. Enjoy the Rugby Anno my OH will be doing likewise.

A lovely blue sky and sunshine over here, and it feels (temporarily) like spring in this part of south Manchester. It's so nice when you wake up to daylight. The trees are blowing wildly, though, so I guess things will soon go dark and gloomy before long.
