Handbags and what planet ...

I tend to use the same bag for months and if I have to change it I become completely tbuconfused. Like all 'designer' products, I find it incredible that people pay so much for what is just stuff. I tend to lurk in charity shops to pick up a bargain Having said that, I did buy a Lulu Guiness handbag in TKMaxx quite a few years ago for peanuts.

This is another one of those "What planet are they on?!" moments for me. Mulberry is bringing out a "cheaper range of handbags" at £495 instead of £5000.

Apart from the fact that I hate handbags that weigh a ton before there is even anything in them (so would never buy a monster bag), how can the papers run stories like this alongside reports of the burgeoning food banks. I shake my head.
