Good morning, cloudy but warm. Spending the day at home waiting for the new TV to be delivered from JL. That will keep DH out of mischief for the rest of the day .. setting it up. Yesterday we got a new house phone and he is still loading the numbers into the memory, not my fault he has about 130 contacts

Warm and sunny in NE Cheshire. I have taken the plunge and fished out my summer-weight duvet. Fingers crossed that this isn't a step too far.

A sunny day here in North Leicestershire but not as warm as it has been. " DGC here (already) so I will be lucky to get anything done today!

I agree with you phoenix, I'd like to leave my hair and my feet while they are being done!

Another sunny morning here in the Tees Valley, even though the weather forecast was for rain starting today. We are checking for a fine weather window to decide when we cut our grass for haylage, wish now we'd done it last week ( but the forecast was for rain over the weekend - it didn't!).

Looking good here in North Devon. Taking Maurice to the vets for a post-op check, then I'm at the hairdressers. Hate the waste of time, wish I could just drop my hair off and pick it up once it was done!

Another lovely start to the day in Northumberland. DD and her family moved house yesterday. Three very excited grandchildren on phone last night, all trying to tell me about the new house!

Morning. We have sunshine, kind of. The dog has to go for a fasting blood test this morning so can't have her breakfast. To say she's annoyed is an understatement. I can't bring myself to do my breakfast while she's so hungry so will have to wait for elevenses.

Morning all. More of the same here on the SE Hampshire coast - lovely sunshine and blue sky. We do need some rain on the gardens though and the forecast seems to promise some for Saturday. DH is out with his cycling club today so I shall try and get on with sorting out and shredding some ancient paperwork and files. It's choir tonight which is always fun and something I look forward to every week.

Good morning all, and again a bright start on the south coast. Forgot to water the tubs yesterday, worn out after gardening all day, so must do that first thing after this! New cushions arriving for our suite today, hope that means the suite will last us out. Enjoy your days.

It's another sunny warm start in Manchester airport land, it will be rather hot at my exercise class, but it must be done!

Yet more tennis to be watched this afternoon as both Andy and Roger are playing!
