Morning all, hot and sunny here, too hot to do anything outside already.

Gorgeous sunny day in Worcestershire. Not got much planned for today. See Grandchildren tomorrow. Enjoy your day everyone.

Very sticky and heavy drizzle here in east Cornwall.
I have abandoned the idea of going to Liskeard show as it's no fun in the wet and will tidy up and sew instead.

Very overcast here and I can feel the temperature dropping so maybe the rain really is on the way.

Hot and sunny on the Dorset coast. A friend and I are off to town to support the Gay Pride March and their other activities. I've worked with a lot of gay men and women and have a lot of gay friends. Sadly some of my gay friends I knew in New York all died of Aids. These men were the nicest people, uncles to my children and the best friend a girl could have. I go in their memory.

I suppose that it is marginally brighter here today than yesterdaywhen it was dull and horrible. I have no idea what this sun thing is that you all talk about.

My gym session is cancelled today, that suits me fine!

1/3 bowl Porridge with skimmed milk and tspn sugar
black -eyed bean chilli with tortilla, apple
smoked chicken salad with mango chilli lettuce etc, pear
I am not counting tea coffee etc as I figure fluid is good.
weight 13st 4lb first thing this morning.
excercise - not a lot of time today as I will be going through the house

Good morning!

It's already a hot and humid start in North Leicestershire and I had a poor night's sleep as it was really muggy. We keep being threatened with rain which we could really do with. When I check the forecast on my phone though it always seems to be in a couple of days!

Today I will do my normal trip to the shops in the village and then to see mum!

Morning all! The sunrise this morning was stunning and I think we are going to have another lovely day. I've made a summer pudding to use up some soft fruits and it's in the fridge being "squashed" ready for dinner tonight. Plan an easy day today after a busy one yesterday.
