Just off, not a bad day kept to my diet and did some exercise. Lovely sunny day in the end so sat a read for a while in the garden.

Glad you had a good day whitewave. 
I had a frustrating day. Waiting to hear about whether we have a new house (council) and so feel in limbo for packing up. Watched the football final and then came on here to chat to friends.
