I have received that particular e-mail more than once!! I just put it in the junk file.

Nan - a friend of mine once said that all these scams have a deliberate spelling mistake in them because it immediately rules out all the people that won't be fooled and that anyone who replies probably will be- nice theory!

I have just received an e-mail to say that my last bill could not be processed because of either a change in my personal info or payment details.

This is a SCAM so beware.

I do not have a BT line !

They spelt BT Billing Department incorrectly (Departement) which was another give away.
