Great minds thinking alike - can our 2 threads on Richard Attenborough not be merged into 1?

My memory is of seeing him, with his wife, on stage in London - the play was the very successful To Dorothy, A Son - that must have been about 65 years ago! I just used to join a gallery queue at random - and that time I certainly struck lucky.

Dickie Attenborough as died at the age of 90. A good age and he has left a great and wonderful legacy of his art. At least we have his films to remember him by. RIP Dickie.
